1 RESOLUTION NO. 3W
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT WITH CLIFFTOP DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, SUBDIVIDER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
4 IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 3801
g WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Clifftop Development
8. Company, subdivider of Tract No. 3801, agrees to construct street
9 and other public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision;
10 and
11 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement and
15 found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with the
16 provisions of the Code;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk_be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 1 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
21 City Attorney as to form.
22 ADOPTED this 26th day of eptember 1960.
