RESOLUTION NO. 5319
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SCHEDULE.. "A" ADOPTED BY
RESOLUTION NO..5256.RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION
AND COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5256 was adopted pursuant to
Section 2200 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and adopted
Schedules "Alt, "B" and "C" setting forth the classification and
compensation plan of the City upon recommendation of the City
Manager; : and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that Schedule "A"
be amended to remove the title "Park Superintendent" from salary
range No. 33 and place said title within salary range No. 35;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective October 10,
1960, Schedule 01A11 adopted by Resolution No. 5256 is amended by
removing the title "Park Superintendent" from salary range No.
33 and placing said title within salary range No. 35.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as specifically
changed, the provisions of Schedule "A" and Resolution No. 5256
shall continue in full force and effect.
ADOPTED this 10th day of tober, 1 60.
