RESOLUTION NO. 5337
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEEDS
WHEREAS, there have been executed and delivered to the
City of Newport Beach a quitclaim deed dated May 26, 1960, from
Janice Van de Water Munroe, Charles F. Van de Water, and John R.
Van de Water, and a quitclaim deed dated May 27, 1960, from
Edith W. Van de Water, quitclaiming to the City certain real prop-
erty in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Lot B. Tract No. 919, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 29, pages 31 - 34, of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California;
and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said quitclaim deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said quitclaim deeds be accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
said quitclaim deeds in the County Recorder °s office.
