2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.

5 AREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an
6 agreement for architectural services in which Blurock, Ellerbroek
7 and Associates agree to update and revise the Master Plan of
8 Corona del Mar State and City Beach Park for Parking Lots B and C.
9 including the designation of the location and size of Public
10 Service Area No. 2, prepare a design for the entrance to the park
11 and control features at.the park entrance, furnish preliminary
12' drawings for the design of Parking Lots B and C. channelization
13 structures, and control features at the entrance, and review the
14 design of the proposed pedestrian walk and stairway to the Pirate's
15I Cove area, in consideration of a lump sum fee of $750; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms of
17 the agreement and found them to be fair and reasonable;
181 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
19 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
20 agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
