2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING.A MAP SHOWING.AN ALLEY
3 -IN BLOCK 10 OF_BALBOA TRACT WHICH.IS PROPOSED
TO BE-VACATED., CLOSED UP_AND_ABANDONED

5 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
6 has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
7 certain map entitled "Alley Vacation between Washington St. & Main
8 St. between Ocean Front & Balboa Blvd. ", Drawing No. L- 5008 --R/W,
9 dated 12 «15 -61, showing an alley in Block 10 of Balboa. Tract in the
10 City of Newport Beach which the City is considering vacating,
11 closing up and abandoning, and which is more particularly described
12 as follows:
13 All of that certain alley 10 feet in width, in Block
10 of Balboa Tract, in the County of Orange, State
14 of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
15 County Recorder of said County;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be and is
17 hereby approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and
1811 directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Nos 5576 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 9th day of April 19 62 by the following
vote, to wit:
