A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A PLOT PLAN FOR MARINAPARK AND ESTABLISHING FEES FOR RENTALS WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 5252 approved a lease form for the trailer spaces within Marinapark which had a plot plan of said park dated June 20, 1960, attached to it ;` and WHEREAS, it appears to be necessary and convenient to adopt a new plot plan for Marinapark revised to show the actual spaces in Section 7 of said park and to establish fees for rental of each trailer space; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plot plan dated May 14, 1962, and entitled "MARINAPARK.,PLOT PLAN AND RENTAL FOR SPACES ", which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, be approved and adopted in lieu of said plot plan formerly approved by said Resolution No. 5252. B$ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rental for spaces estab- lished on said plot plan be effective beginning July 1, 1962. ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1962.
