A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEUPORT BEACH LIMITING.THE PARKING.OF VEHICLES
ON CERTAIN STREETS .
WHEREAS, Section 3289 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides that when authorized signs are in place giving notice
thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day for a period of
time longer than two (2) hours upon such streets or portions
thereof as the City Council shall designate by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles
as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of ve-
hicles between the hours of 8:OO a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day ex-
cept Sundays and holidays be limited to two'(2) hours on the fol-
lowing streets:
Via Lido between Newport Boulevard and Via Malaga
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is author-
ized and directed to cause signs to be posted on such streets
giving notice of such parking restrictions.
ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1962.

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 28th day of May , 19 62 , by the following
vote, to wit:

Marshall, Elder
