RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, John B. Mroy and Rejac Corp. have executed a
grant deed granting to the City of Newport Beach an easement for
seder purposes over the real property in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
and
An Easement for Sewer purposes in Lot 169, Block 2, of
Irvine Subdivision as shown on a Map recorded in Book 1,
Page 88 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, said easement being a strip of land 10.00 feet
wide, 5.00 feet on each side of a center line described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Placentia Avenue and
Superior Avenue (formerly Newport Avenue) as shown; on a
Record of Survey filed in Book 15, Page 30, of Record of
Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California; thence South 22° 18' 09" East along
the center lime of Placentia Avenue Extension as deeded
to the County of Orange, recorded April 24, 1951 in Book
2180, Page 236 of Official Records, a distance of 687.93
feet; thence leaving said center line of Placentia Avenue
North 67° 41' 51" East 30.00 feet to the sideline of said
Placentia Avenue, being also the beginning of a curve
tangent to said sideline, concave Southeasterly and having
a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said
curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 0014 an arc distance
of 39.27 feet to the beginning of a reverse.curve, tangent,
concave Northerly, and having a radius of 426.62 feet;
thence Easterly along said curve, through a central angle
of 27° 41' 51" an arc distance of 206.23 feet to a line
tangent; thence along said tangent line North 40° 00' 0044
East 237.81 feet to the true point of beginning; thence .
South 50° 00' 00" East, 256.76 feet; thence South 22° 06'
36" West, 226.35.feet; thence South 0° 14' 2584 West 83.00
feet to a point in the Northerly line of that land described
in a Record of Survey Map, recorded in Book 15, Page 30,
record of Orange County, California. Said point being
425.48 feet along said Northerly line from the center lime
of Placentia Avenue;
WIIREAS,.it is to the interest of the City to accept said
grant deed for, such purposes;
NOW, Tx -MREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of ]Newport Beach that said grant deed be accepted and the
City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noe 5609 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
