1 RESOLUTION NO, 5620
r; 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR HEALTH.
SERVICES

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement with the County of
7 Orange whereby the Health Officer or other employees of the Health
8 Department of said county shall perform any or all functions
9 relating to the public health within the City; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
11 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
12 equitable;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
14 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
15 on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
16 ADOPTED this 25th day of ,tune, 1962.
