OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP.SH%7ING THAT
3 PORTION OF A STREET KNOWN AS BAYSIIDE.DRIVE
Tr7HICH IS PROPOSED TO.BE VACATEYD,.CLOSED UP
41 AND ABANDONED.

URERZAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach

has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
7
certain map showing a portion of Bayside rive .in the City which
8
is numbered R/W- 5000 ^L, which the City is considering vacating,
9
closing up and abandoning, and which is more particularly described
10
as follows:

P9 That portion of land in the County of Orange,
12 State of California, described in the deed to the
County of Orange recorded March 15, 1957, in
13 Book 3839, Page 98, of Official Records, in the
Office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
14 California,
15 EXCEPT that portion thereof lying westerly of a line
between Stations 16A and 16B of the Ordinary High
16 Tide Line established in 1926 by Court Decree No,
20436.of The Superior Court of Orange County,
17 ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof lying northerly
18 of the westerly line of the 80 -foot wide Bayside
Drive Road right of way as recorded in Book 4288,
19 Page 216 of Official Records in the office of said
Orange County Recorder,19

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be and it
21
is hereby approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and
22
directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abondonment
23
of the described portion of said street,

ADOPTED this the 2�0tday of September, 1962,
