RESOLUTION NO. 5675
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NMIPORT BEACH - AUTHORIZING THE
SALE. "OF SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY. -
WHEREAS, the City has certain items of personal property
which are of no further use to the City, and
WHEREAS, a list of said property has been prepared specifying
the items by name and the number of each, a copy of which is
marked Exhibit "Aaa attached hereto and by this reference is
incorporated herein as though it were set forth in full, and
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interests of the City and
in the Public interest to dispose of said items by auction sale,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that said items are hereby declared surplus
and the City Council hereby authorizes and directs their sale
by auction an Saturday, October 20, 1962, at 10:00 A.M. in
accordance with the provisions established in said Exhibit aaAsa.
ADOPTED this the 8th day of October, 1962.
