2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISHMENT OF
3 ACCESS RIGHTS

5 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporate, on,
6 is the subdivider of real property in the City of Newport Beach,
7 County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
8 Tract No. 5130, as shown on a map recorded in
book 190, pages 43 and 44 of Miscellaneous Maps,
9 in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
10 County, California;
1111 and
12 WHEREAS, the Final Map of Tract No. 5130 was approved by
13 the City Council subject to the condition that access rights be
14 limited from said tract to the adjoining public streets of Jamboree
15 Road and State Highway 101 -A; and
16 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has executed and delivered
17 to the City of Newport Beach a Relinquishment of Access Rights
18 which meets said condition imposed by the City Council in approving
19 said Final Map; and
20 WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the
21 City of Newport.Beach to accept said instrument;
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Relinquishment
23 of Access Rights be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
24 directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
25 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
•
26 27 II County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1964.
