2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINCZUISHMSNT OF
3 ACCESS RIGHTS

5 TIHEREAS, the owner of the real property in the City of
6 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
7 Lot 4, Block A, Tract 613, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 20, pages 17 and 18, of Miscellaneous Maps,
8j Records of Orange County, California,
9 has offered to relinquish and release to the City of Newport Beach
10 any and all abutter's rights of direct vehicular access, appurtenant
11 to the above described property, in and to the adjoining City street
12 known as Hazel Drive, and has presented to the City Council a
13 written instrument relinquishing the foregoing access rights; and
14 WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the
15 City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT�� RESOLVED
that said Relinquishment

18 be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to executE
19 and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to its
20 recording and to record said document in the County Recorder's
21 office.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
