2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NL FORT.BEACH ACCEPTING A CONVEYANCE OF HATER
3 PIPELINES AND APPURTENANCES

51 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
6 has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Conveyanc
7 of Water Pipelines and Appurtenances dated November 6, 1964, convey
8 ing to the City all that 14-inch water pipeline and 12-inch water
9I pipeline theretofore constructed, together with all appurtenances
10 thereof, located in, along, over and across the easements and
11 public rights of way as shown on Exhibits "A "y "B ", 11C'1, and "D01
12� attached thereto, pursuant to the contract between The Irvine
13 Company, Lockheed Aircraft Corporation, and the City of Newport
14 Beach dated Larch 28, 1960, and the contract between The Irvine
15 Company and the City of Newport Beach dated May 31, 1962; and
16 SAS' it is to the interest of the City to accept
17 said Conveyance of dater Pipelines and Appurtenances;
18 NOW3 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conveyance of
19 [later Pipelines and Appurtenances is hereby accepted and the City
201 Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach thereto a
21 certificate of acceptance and consent to its recording and to recor
22 said document in the County Recorder's office.
23 ADOPTED this 28th day of December, 1964.

adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 28th day of December ,
1964 , by the following vote, to wit:

Elder, Parsons
