RESOLUTION NO. 6352
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF A
YIELD RIGHT -OF -WAY SIGN
WHEREAS, Section 3252 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that the city traffic engineer shall erect and
maintain yield right -of -way signs on any street or intersection
when such signs are authorized by resolution or ordinance of the
City Council; and
NI EREAS, a yield right -of -way sign should be authorized
on the following described street and intersection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that a yield right -of -way sign is
hereby authorized to be installed on Dover Drive at its inter-
section with Westcliff Drive to require southbound traffic on
Dover Drive to yield the right -of -way to traffic proceeding in
a southerly direction on Westcliff Drive.
ADOPTED this 9th day of , 1966.
