N53PORT BEACH AUTHOHIZINO THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 ENTMY AGREMENT WITH.THE IRVINE COMWINY

5 MHEREAS, The Irvine Company is the owner of certain
6 real property adjacent to Palisades Road in the vicinity of its
7 intersections with Jamboree Road and MacArthur Boulevard upon
81 which premises the City desires to enter for the purpose of grad-
9 ing slope banks and planting ground cover; and
10 M',EMIS, there has been presented to the City Council
11 an Entry Agreement under which The Irvine Company grants to the
12 City the right to enter upon said premises for the purposes
13 specified; and
14 TPMMTTZEAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
15 conditions of the agreement and found them to be fair and equitable;
16 NOIS, M= 70M, BE IT R SOLM that said Entry Agreement
17 is approved and the %£ayor and City Clerk are authorized and dir-
18 ected to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
