4 1,71120,ZAS, Section 3249 of the Newport Beach 14unicipal
5 Code provides that whenever any resolution of this city designates
6 any one -way alley the city traffic engineer shall place and main-
7 Lain signs giving notice thereof, and Section 3250 of the Municionl
8 Code provides that when signs are erected on any one -way alley
9 giving notice thereof, no person shall drive, or park, any vehicle
10 in a direction contrary thereto; End
11 MI 5, the alley hereinafter described is an alley
12 which should be designated as a one -way alley in order to facili-
13 tate the flow of traffic and eliminate traffic hazards;
14 NSN, T11MIaME, BE IT ?'Sla4PeOLVED that the alley easterly
15 of Balboa Boulevard between River .A-venue and Channel Place is
16 designated as a one -way alley for south bound traffic only.
17 BE IT STHE'. RESOLVED that the city traffic engineer
18 is authorized and directed to appropriately sign or nark said
19 alley to indicate the above designation.
