property in which the City is lessor and Balboa Bay Club, Inc.

is lessee; and

Wt4c�AS, a portion of the leasehold estate of said lessee

has with the approval of the City been transferred by deeds of

trust as hereinafter set out; and

F-M - S, it is in the interests of the City as lessor: to

be advised if there should be any notice of default or notice of
13
sale filed with respect to any such deed of trust;

NOW TIMIRMORE2 BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City

to be recorded in the County 'Recorder's office in accordance with

for a copy of any notice of default and notice of sale filed with

respect to any of the following deeds of trust-

1. Oced of trust recorded as document No. 21413 on

in which Balboa Bay Club, Inc., a California
20
corporation, is trustor, and Union Bank, a Cal-
ifornia corporation, is trustee and beneficiary.

2. Deed of trust recorded as document No. 21411 on

parch 30, 1966, in Book 7884, page 262, Official
alecords of Orange County, California, in which
23
3alboa Bay Club, Inc., a California corporation,
is trustor, Van Nuys Savings and Loan Association,
24
a California corporation, is beneficiary, and
Trans -Coast Investment Co., a California corpor-
25
Ztion, is trustee.

BE IT PUdRTima RESO-LVED that the City Clerk be and is

hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of each such request
28
to be recorded in the County 'Recorder's office in accordance with
29
Section 2924b of the Civil Code.
