• 4 MEMMEAS, the City Manager of the City of Nevp ort Beach
5 has prepared and submitted to the City Council a preliminary annual
6 budget for the fiscal year 1966 ®1967; and

the City Council has reviewed said preliminary
8 budget, determined the time for the holding of a public hearing
9 thereon, and caused a notice of said hearing to be published not
10 less than ten days prior thereto in the official newspaper of the
11 City, and copies of the proposed budget were made available for
12 inspection by the public in the office of the City Clerk at least
13 ten days prior to said 'Hearing; and

16 sions in the preliminary budget as it deemed advisable; and
