MITER EAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia coxpor-

ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a

Grant of Easement, which grants to the City an easement for street
7
and highway purposes over all that certain land situated in the
8
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
9
described as follows:

A strip of land, 42.00 feet in width, in Blocs 52
of Irvine's Subdivision as per map recorded in
11
Boots. 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of Ora=nge Count`,

the Southeasterly line of said strip being descriKew
as follmys:

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline
14
of Bixia Street, 84.00 feet wide, with the North -
westerly line of Tract No. 4893 as shown on the
15
map of said tract recorded in Boo's 180, Pages 20 to
23 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps; thence North
16
300 47' 00" East 89.06 feet along said Northwesterly
line to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point
17
being also an angle.point in the.boundary of Tract
No. 5463 as per map recorded in Book 195, Pages 41 to
18
44 inclusive, of Miscellaneous braps; thence leaving
said boundary of Tract No. 5463 and continuing along
19
said Northwesterly line of Tract No. 4893 North.
300 47' 00" East 358.17 feet to the beginning of a

curve concave Southeaster lyy having a radius of
1200.00 feet.; thence Northeasterly 115.08 feet along

said curve being also said Northwesterly line
through an angle of 5° 29' 4178 to the most Westerly

corner of Tract No. 4892 as per map recorded in
Book 180, Pages 24 to 26 inclusive, of Miscellaneous

Kaos, a radial to said corner bears North 530 43' 19"
West; thence along the Northwesterly line of said

Tract No. 4892 the following courses and distances:
Northeasterly 194.89 feet continuin§ along said

curve through an angle of 90 18' 19'; North 4.5° 35' 00"
East 174.83 feet to the beginning of a curve concave

Northwesterly having a radius of 1200.00 feet; North-
easterly 275.66 feet along said curve through an

angle of 13° 09' 43" to a point, a radial to said
point bears South 57° 34' 43" East.

NOW TI OiaE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-
ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and to consent to its recording and to record said document in tl.e
County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 26th day of September 9 1966.
