AND SCHLYIID CIVIL.ENGINEERS

5 UEEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council, of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
7 Newport Beach and Williamson and Schmid Civil Engineers for
8 engineering services in connection with a public works project
9 which is generally described as the improvement of 16th Street
10 from Irvine Avenue to Dover Drive; and
11 IT S, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said contract and found them to be fair and equitable;
13
NO13, T1- ZRELORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
said
contract for
14
engineering services is approved and the Mayor
and
City Clerk are
15
hereby authorized and directed to execute the
same
on behalf of
1611 the City of Newport Beach.
