OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corpor-

ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a

Grant of Easement for street and highway purposes over all that

certain land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of

Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Portions of Lot 153, Block 4, of Irvine's Subdivision, as
shown on a Map thereof, Recorded in Book 1, page 88 of

Miscellaneous Record Maps,, Records of Orange County,
California,more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL 1: A strip of land 100.00 feet in width, lying

curve, concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 90.00
feet; thence Northwesterly and Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 610 00' 56 ", a distance of 95.84
feet to the True Point of Beginning of this description.
SUBJECT TO: All covenants, Rights of Way and Easements of
Record or apparent;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOi7, THERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized aid dir-
ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office.
