41 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a (Best Virginia corpor-
5I ation, has executed and delivered to the tilty of Newport Beach a
61 Grant of Easement for landscaping purposes over all that certain.
7 land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Grange,
8 State of California, described as follows:
9 A portion of Lot 153, Block 4 of Irvine's Subdivision as
per map recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Record
101 Maps in the office of the County recorder of said County,

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6580 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 12th day of June , 1967,
