A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C17LY OF

SMUCTION OF MOVABLE BUILDING AT CITY HALL

itHEREAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work
consisting of the construction of movable building at City riall an
the City of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 3rd day of
July, 1967, and publicly opened and declared; and
1-71 S, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is Higso,. Construction Company, Inc.;
NOW$ THMEFC2E, BE IT R SOLVED that the bid of Higson
Construction Company, lnc., in the amount of X24,483 be accepter:
and that the contract for the construction work be awarded to said
bidden.
BE IT FU:3 MI RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
11hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
with the specifications, bad and this award on behalf of the City

of NewpLort Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnit'a
an executed copy to the successful bidder.
