RESOLUTION NO. 6668
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING A NAME FOR THE STREET
IN TRACT NO. 1011 (BALBOA COVES)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City has recom-
mended to the City Council the designation of a name for the street
in Tract No. 1011 (Balboa Coves) in the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, Section 34091.1 of the Government Code autho-
rizes the legislative body to designate a name for any city street
by adoption of a resolution; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of said recommendation, it
appears that it would be in the interests of the City and con-
venient to the public to designate a name for the street in said
tract as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THERE-FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the street in Tract No. 1011
(Balboa Coves), as shown on the drawing designated "BALBOA COVES
STREET NAI-M DESIGNATION", a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein and
made a part hereof, is designated Balboa Coves.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of
Supervisors of Orange County in accordance with the provisions of
Section 34092 of the Government Code.

City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 13th day of November , 1967,
