1, RESOLUTION N0. 6720
21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 JOINT EXERCISE OF.PGWERS AGREEMENT PROVIDING
FOR THE FURNISHING OF BEACH CLEANING SERVICE TO
4 THE NEWPORT DUNES PARK.

i' 6 WHEREAS, the County of Orange periodically needs to have
7 its beaches located within Newport Dunes Park cleaned, the City of
8 Newport Beach has the equipment and personnel necessary to provide
9 such services, and the County desires to contract with City for
10 the same; and
11I WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
12 an agreement between the City and the County providing for the
131 furnishing of such services by the City and payment therefor by
14 the County in the manner set out therein; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
16 conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and equi-
i
17 table;
18 NOWT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
19 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
20 to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
21 ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 1968.
