RESOLUTION NO. 6730
311 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT.OF EASEMENT
4 WHEREAS, Griffith Bros., a Co- Partnership consisting of
5 john D. Griffith and Harry F. Griffith, has executed and delivered
6 to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Easement for street and
7 highway purposes over all that certain land situated in the City
8 of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
9 as follows
10 That portion of Lot 3, Tract No. 1125, as per map
recorded in Book.39, pages 7 and 8 of Miscellaneous
11 Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on that certain Northwesterly
13 line of Tract No. 4225 as per map recorded in Book
153, pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, having
14 a bearing of North 39° 48' 55" East and a length
of 660.49 feet, said point being distant South 390
15 48' 55" West 49.99 feet from the Northeasterly
terminus of said Northwesterly line; thence North
16 390 48' 55/° East 49.99 feet along said Northwesterly
line to an.angle point therein; thence North 500
17 10' 3089 &Test 49.99 feet along the Southwesterly line
of said Tract No. 4225 to the beginning of a tangent
18 curve concave Westerly having a radius of 50.00 feet;
thence leaving said Southwesterly line Southerly
19 78.53 feet along said curve through an angle of 89°
59' 25" to the point of beginning;

22 FIEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
23 Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease -

25 went is hereby accepted and the City Cleric is authorized and dir-
ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
26
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
27
County Recorder's office.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No, 6730 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 25th day of March 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
