21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH SHELL. ®IL COMPANY, SUBDIVIDER
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF. IMPROVEMENTS.REQUIRE�D
4�1 AS A CONDITION OF-APPROVING RESUBDIVISION.NO, 244
61 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
7 of the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Shell Oil
8 Company, subdivider under Resubdivision No, 244, agrees to con-
9� struct street and other public improvements required as a condi-
101 tion of approving said resubdivision; and
11 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13I Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
141 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
16 with the provisions of the Code;
171 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18.1 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19��, same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
21 City Attorney as to form,
