A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY

EASEMENT

WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation;

and Newport Beach Tennis Club, a California corporation, have

executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Public

Utility Easement, which grants to the City a non- exclusive ease -

ment for public utility purposes in, under, over and along real

property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,

State of California, described as follows:

Those portions of Block 52 of Irvine's Subdivision as
per map recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous

Record Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County, described as follows:

Two strips of land, 10.00 feet in width, lying within

Parcel 1 of that certain land shown on the map filed
in Book 5, page 19 of Parcel Maps, the center lines

of said strips of land._being described as follows:

Parcel "A"

Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of said
Parcel 1 distant North 64° 13' 00" West 11.23 feet from

the Southeasterly terminus thereof,.said point being
also the beginning of a curve concave Southerly having

a radius of 126.23 feet, a radial to said point bears
North 640 13' 00" West, said curve being concentric with

of said Parcel 1;, thence Northeasterly and Easterly

WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Public Utility Easement;
N0112 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Public Utility
Easement is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorders office.
ADOPTED this 22 day of April 1968.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6754 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 22 day of April 1968
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: McInnis, Rogers, Marshall, Rogers, Hirth, Gruber
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Parsons
