RESOLUTION NO. 6757
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
NOTICE OF ADDITION OF TERRITORY FOR TRACT NO,
6468 UNDER THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDI-
TIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO TRACT NO,
5798
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has previously exe-
cuted Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions applicable to Tract
No, 5798, and
WHEREAS, a final subdivision map has been approved for
Tract No. 6468 which adjoins Tract No. 5798, and
WHEREAS, said Tract No, 6468 is a portion of the planned
residential development approved by Use Permit No, 1054 (H); and
WHEREAS, Declarant has submitted to the City a "Notice
of Addition of Territory" in connection with Tract No, 6468 which
will subject said tract to the above mentioned Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions; and
WHEREAS, said Covenants„ Conditions and Restrictions
provide for the approval of the City to be endorsed on said notice;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice of Addi-
tion of Territory is approved by the City, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said notice on behalf
of the City,
ADOPTED this 22nd day of April , 1968,

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6757 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 22nd day of April 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
