RESOLUTION NO. 6790
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT WITH THE. CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT
OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain contract with the
Califomiia State Department of Finance for an estimate of
population of the City of Newport Beach by said department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 10th day of June 1968. (

City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 10th day of June 1968,
