RESOLUTION NO. 6795
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
PUBLICATION OF LEGAL NOTICES AND OTHER MATTER
AND DESIGNATING AN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR
PUBLICATION OF NOTICES
WHEREAS, Section 419 of the City Charter provides that
the City Council shall publish a notice inviting bids and contract
for the publication of legal notices and other matter required to
be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City
during the ensuing fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has published such notice and
bids have been received in accordance therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has analyzed said bits and
determined to make the award as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Tu
NUmnORT HALM ZR FNSTC;N be accepted and that the Mayor and
City Clerk be and hereby are authorized and directed to execute
a contract in accordance with this award for the fiscal year,
beginning July 1, 1968.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thaZRM NEWPORT HARBOR ENSIGN
is hereby designated the official newspaper for the
publication of legal notices and other matter required to be pub-
fished for the fiscal year,beginning July 1, 1968.
ADOPTED this 24th day of June , 1968.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6795 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 24th day of June 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
