RESOLUTION NO. 6796
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SUBSECTION A OF SECTION 12
OF THE HARBOR PERMIT POLICIES RELATING TO THE
SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR PERMITS
WHEREAS, on August 24, 1964, the City Council adopted a
set of Harbor Permit Policies dated June 1, 1964, by Resolution
No. 6019, which policies have been subsequently amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is desirable
to increase the fees for new pier permits and for pier permit
transfers, which necessitates the amendment of Subsection A of
Section 12 of the Harbor Permit Policies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Subsection A of
Section 12 of the Harbor Permit Policies of the City of Newport
Beach is amended to reads
"A. SCHEDULE OF FEES
New Permits $100.00 plus $5.00 for
each additional slip
and $0.50 for each
lineal foot of bulkhead.
Revisions $25.00 plus $5.00 for
each additional slip and
$0.50 for each lineal
foot of bulkhead.
Transfers $50.00
Dredging $25.00"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Harbor Permit Policies
dated June 1, 1964, be amended to reflect the above amendment
and a copy of said amended policies be kept on file in the City
Clerk's Office.
ADOPTED this 24th day of June , 1968.
