2i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEGSPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEI ,2NT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT

5 WMREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
I
6 the City of Newport Beach an agreement with the Orange County
7i Flood Control District for the improvement of Westcliff Drive and
8 Irvine Avenue, including the construction of Westcliff Storm Drain
9 running from East Costa Mesa Channel in Dover Drive and Westcliff
10 Drive through Irvine Avenue including a storm drain lateral in
11 Irvine Avenue running from the Westcliff Storm Drain to Cabrillo
121 Street, with the cost of the work to be shared by the parties as
13 more particularly set out therein; and
14 T- MLREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
15 conditions of the agreement and found them to be reasonable and
16 equitable;
17I NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
18 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
19 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
20 Beach.
