RESOLUTION NO.7176
• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A COOPERATIVE FINANCING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF.JAMBORER ROAR
BETWEEN.PALISADES ROAD AND MAC ARTHUR BOULEVARD,
CONTRACT_ 1205
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a cooperative financing agreement
between the City of Newport Beach and the County of Orange
for the construction of Jamboree Road between Palisades
Road and MacArthur Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions'of'said cooperative financing agreement and found
them to be fair and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement
for the street and highway construction above described is ap-
proved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1970.
