RESOLUTION NO. 7805
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND THE BALBOA BAY CLUB
CLARIFYING LANGUAGE OF LEASE FOR AUDIT PURPOSES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain memorandum of under-
standing between the City of Newport Beach and the Balboa
Bay Club for the purpose of clarifying certain language
within said lease for audit purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said memorandum of understanding and found
them to be fair and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said memorandum
of understanding above described is approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
