A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ACCEPTING AS SUFFICIENT THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT OF THE ROBERT H. GRANT CORPORATION FOR
TENTATIVE MAP AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT 7817 �.
(NEWPORT CREST)
WHEREAS, on October 24, 1972, the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach held a public hearing to consider the
Environmental Impact Report submitted by the Robert H. Grant
Corporation for the Tentative Map and Final Map of Tract 7817
(Newport Crest); and
WHEREAS, after considering the Environmental Impact
Report and the supporting evidence presented at said hearing, the
City Council finds that the report is satisfactory, and on the
basis of the evidence presented and the content of the Environmental
Impact Report, has determined that the criteria and guidelines
as adopted by the City have been met and additional conditions to
approval of either the Final Map or Tentative Map to protect the
environment are unnecessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that it hereby accepts the Environmental
Impact Report as filed by the Robert H. Grant Corporation in
connection with the Tentative Map and Final Map of Tract 7817
(Newport Crest) as being sufficient and complying with all state and
local laws and guidelines.
ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1972.
