A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING EXECU-
TION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE IRVINE
COMPANY RELEASING THE CITY'S INTEREST IN
A SEWER EASEMENT IN BLOCK 100, NEWPORT
CENTER
• WHEREAS, a certain sewer easement located in Block
100, Newport Center, is no longer required by reason of a
revision of conflicting building lot lines and the dedica-
tion of a new sewer easement which was recorded on June 14,
1973 in the Office of the County Recorder for the County of
Orange; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City has
no present or prospective need for said sewer easement which
is more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Block 93 of Irvine's Subdivision
as per map recorded in Book 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous
Record Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Parcels 1 and 2 as described in the easement to
the City of Newport Beach recorded January 26, 1973
in Book 10531, page 472 of Official Records of said
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a quitclaim deed releasing to The Irvine Company the
City's interest in the above - described sewer easement.
ADOPTED this 9th day of July , 1973.
