In order to implement the project, a General Plan Amendment, Coastal Land Use Plan Amendment, Zoning Code Amendment, Minor Use Permit, and Planned Development Permit, would need to be approved to address the yacht club use, square footage increase, additional height, parking, and land use designations for certain properties currently being used for boat storage and parking. RECOMMENDED ACTION Remove the item from the calendar. DISCUSSION Staff recommends that the item be removed from the calendar in order to provide time for additional analyses. The project will be re- noticed pursuant to the Brown Act and Municipal Code when the future hearing date is identified. Public Notice Notice of this review was published in the Daily Pilot, mailed to all owners of property within 300 feet of the boundaries of the site (excluding intervening rights -of -way and waterways) including the applicant and posted on the subject properties at least 10 days prior to the decision date, consistent with the provisions of the Municipal Code.
