Since 1991, each year OCTA has been providing local jurisdictions with funding from Measure M, Orange County's local sales tax for transportation A* improvements. These funds, along with other state and federal grants provided by OCTA, are helping the City of Newport Beach to improve transportation, reduce congestion and create innovative solutions.
