A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE APPLICATION FOR 1974 STATE GRANT FUNDS
FOR THE BAYSIDE DRIVE PARK PROJECT (PROJECT
NO. 30- 0034)
• WHEREAS, on July 22, 1974, the Newport Beach City
Council adopted Resolution No. 8321 approving the filing of an
application for 1974 State Grant Funds for the Bayside Drive
Park Project (Project No. 30- 0034); and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend said applica-
tion to change the amount of grant requested from $58,000 to
$94,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach hereby amends the Application for
1974 State Grant Funds for the Bayside Drive Project (Project
No. 30 -0034) to change the amount of grant requested from $58,000
to $94,000;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Parks,
Beaches and Recreation is authorized to execute this amendment
and any other documents which may be necessary to carry out this
transaction.
