RESOLUTION NO. 8773
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONSENT TO SALE OF MOBILEHOME
AND TRAILER SPACE IN NEWPORT MARINAPARK (PADDOCK
AND ALBERT)
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is a party to
that certain Lease Agreement with Fifty -Eight (58) Lessees
of trailer spaces located in Newport Marinapark dated March 23,
1976; and
WHEREAS, said Lease Agreement provides that the
Lessees shall not sell, assign, exchange or convey their
respective mobilehomes or trailer spaces without the prior
written approval of the Newport Beach City Council; and
WHEREAS, L. J. Paddock and Betty Paddock, Lessees of
Mobilehome Space No. 1 -C, wish to sell their mobilehome and
interest in Trailer Space No. 1 -C to Irwin Albert and Rita
Albert; and
WHEREAS, the City Council consents to said sale and
transfer of said trailer space;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute a Consent to Sale of Mobilehome
and Trailer Space as hereinabove provided.
ADOPTED this 24th day of May , 1976.
