A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING FEES
FOR ALARM BUSINESS, ALARM AGENT AND ALARM
PERMIT PURSUANT TO SECTION 5.49.030 OF
THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
•
WHEREAS, Section 5.49.030 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code provides for the establishment of fees in
connection with applications for an Alarm Business Permit,
Alarm Agent Permit and Alarm Permit to be set forth by
Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the
recommended fees for said permits and finds them to be fair,
equitable and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the following schedule of
fees shall be established for an Alarm Business Permit,
Alarm Agent Permit and Alarm Permit:
Alarm Business . . . . . no fee for permit, other
than business license fee
Alarm Agent . . . . . .. $36.50
Alarm Permit . . . . .. $10.00
