A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A PARCEL MAP AND
ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATIONS OF A CORNER
CUTOFF AT NEWPORT BOULEVARD AND 30TH STREET
AND VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS TO NEWPORT BOULEVARD
IN CONNECTION WITH RESUBDIVISION NO. 527
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for
Resubdivision No. 527;
WHEREAS, Myrna M. and Francis M. Delaney have
offered for dedication to the City a corner cutoff at Newport
Boulevard and 30th Street, and vehicular access rights to
Newport Boulevard; construction of curb, gutter and sidewalk
along the 30th Street frontage, including the adjacent parking
area; and the closing up of the existing driveway approach on
Newport Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedications, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedications
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of.Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedications is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
