RESOLUTION NO. 8994
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESBUDIVISION NO. 465 (CORPORATE PLAZA) AND
ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATIONS IN CONNECTION
THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 465; and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has offered for dedication
to the City an easement in. and over Lot B for emergency and
public security ingress and egress and for public utility
purposes; all vehicular access rights to Newport Center Drive;
Avocado Avenue and East Coast Highway except at entry drives as
indicated; the domestic water system and appurtenances as shown
on improvement plans; the sanitary sewer system and appurtenances
as shown on improvement plans; the storm drain system and appur-
tenances in Avocado Avenue and East Coast Highway; and the street
lighting system as shown on said improvement plans; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedications, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedications
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedications is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 14th day of February 1977.
