A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING AN
INTERSECTION AT WHICH VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED
• TO YIELD AND DIRECTING THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER
TO ERECT NECESSARY SIGNS (WINDOVER DRIVE
AT GOLDENROD AVENUE)
WHEREAS, Section 12.36.020 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that the City Traffic Engineer shall erect and
maintain yield right -of -way signs on any street or intersection
when such signs are authorized by resolution or ordinance of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a yield right -of -way sign should be authorized
on the following described street and intersection;
On Windover Drive to yield
to vehicles on Goldenrod Avenue
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that a yield right -of -way sign is
hereby authorized to be installed on Windover Drive at its
intersection with Goldenrod Avenue.
