RESOLUTION NO. 9892
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE
ALLEY LYING WESTERLY OF 107 -33RD STREET WHICH
IS PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP AND
ABANDONED
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director of the City of
Newport Beach has presented to the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach a certain map entitled "Vacation of Alley Between
Seashore Dr. & Ocean Front & Between 33rd St. & 34th St.,"
drawing No. R /W- 5431 -L of the Public: Works Department of the City
of Newport Beach, dated September 26, 1980 (attached hereto as
Exhibit "A"), showing the alley which is proposed to be vacated,
closed up and abandoned, and which is more particularly described
as:
"That certain alley 10.00 feet in width
together with the corner cutoffs, having a
radius of 10.00 feet lying between Lots 9 and
27 in Block 33 of Newport Beach Tract as per
map recorded in Book 3, Page 26, of Miscella-
neous Maps, Records of Orange County, State of
California."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said map be and
hereby is approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and
directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment
of said alley.
