® A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING PERMITTED PARKING
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. AND 8:00 P.M.
IN THE ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN BELVUE LANE AND L
STREET
WHEREAS, Section 12.48.090 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code prohibits parking in any alley except in areas
designated by the City Council for vehicle parking and signs are
in place giving notice thereof; and
WHEREAS, the alley between BELVUE LANE and L STREET is
suitable for vehicle parking between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
8:00 p.m.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the alley between BELVUE LANE and
L STREET is be designated for vehicle parking between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is autho-
rized and directed to cause signs to be posted in said areas
giving notice that parking is permitted during said specified
hours.
ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 1980.
