A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
it OF NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING RESUBDIVISION AND
TENTATIVE MAP FILING FEES I:N CONNECTION WITH
TITLE 19 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE,
TO BECOME EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1981 AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9786

WHEREAS, Title 19 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
establishes resubdivision and tentative map filing fees within
the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the resubdivision and tentative map filing
fees as set forth in Title 19 of the: Newport Beach Municipal Code
are to be set by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the fees
recommended by the City Manager and finds them to be fair,
equitable and reasonable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
ofthe City of Newport Beach that the! following schedule of fees
for resubdivision and tentative map filing fees in connection
with Title 19 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code is established:
Section 19.12.010 - Filing of Map -
Fee per lot
Section 19.12.030 A - Subdivisions -
containing less than five lots - ;
Filing of Map
Section 19.12.040 J(1) - Appeal Fee
$625.00

$265.00
$160.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date for said
fees shall be July 1, 1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resoluion No. 9786 is
hereby rescinded.
