A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AGREEING TO RESCIND THE
EXECUTED AGREEMENT TO LEASE FOR BEACON BAY
NOS. 22 AND 48
WHEREAS, the tenants in Beacon Bay Nos. 22 and 48 have
executed the Agreements to Lease, as authorized by Resolution
No. 10040, adopted by the City Council on May 11, 1981; and
WHEREAS, said tenants requested, prior to July 1, 1981,
rescission of said Agreements to Lease; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to accept the request
for rescission and agree to rescind the Agreements to Lease for
Beacon Bay Nos. 22 and 48;
,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the Agreements
Bay No. 22, executed by Mr. James Perry Crane
executed by Mrs. Lawrence L. Galt, also known
Galt, be and they are hereby approved. The M
are hereby authorized and directed to execute
Agreement to Lease document.
